MQ ThinkGYM -
Mon-Thu Evening Programs

MQ ThinkGym is our dedicated initiative for lifelong learning—a space where growth meets purpose. We offer donation-based programs every Monday to Thursday evening, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.

Led by our highly trained faculty, these sessions explore themes of Meditation (Mondays), Consciousness (Tuesdays), Well-Being (Wednesdays), and Systemic Transformation (Thursdays), helping you stay connected with yourself and lead a more fulfilling life.

 

Our programs seamlessly blend Eastern and Western ancient wisdom with contemporary research in philosophy, psychology, and self-awareness, creating a unique path for personal transformation. Join us and embark on a journey of discovery and growth!
