Program Details
Learning Modules
The program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and group work on a case study. The modules include:

Strategic Problem-solving by determining the right problem, structuring the solutions, and prioritizing the key actions using tools like SCQ, logic trees, impact-feasibility matrix.

Structuring Strategic Projects that bridge vision with the desired results within a specific time frame using tools like high level activity charts, stakeholder maps, and tracking techniques

Strategic Communication by identifying the essential and eliminating the rest to be more productive and sharpen written communication using tools like MECE, & the Pyramid Principle.

Storyboarding Strategic Presentations by developing a convincing storyline tailored to the audience utilizing purpose, plot, and slides using Disney Storyboarding approach.
