LEARNING MODULES

 

The short program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and two 1.5 hrs emergent dialogs in mini-group sessions. The modules include:

  • Cultivating an Inclusive Environment: Crafting an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, protected; and can take risks is at the core of diverse safe spaces.

  • Championing a Learning Culture: The learning organizations embed a culture of treating mistakes as an opportunity for growth. 

  • Advancing Collaborative Dialogs: Navigating a difficult conversation directly, empathetically, and reflectively can transform a challenge into an opportunity.

  • Positioning Ideas Persuasively:  A compelling argument seamlessly weaves Ethos, Logos, and Pathos. Master the art of integrating these components for impactful message positioning.

Deepak aims to bring humanistic elements to our working life. He stands at the intersection of Business (MBA HSG Switzerland), Technology (MTech India), and Humanities (MA Philosophy California, Executive Coach CPCC, ACC). With 15+ years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals. He grew up in Strategic Consulting roles (from Consultant to Associate Partner) and has also led Learning & Development for a Strategic Consulting practice.
