Whether it is the pursuit of material possessions such as a new car or home, the desire for improved relationships or career opportunities, or the aspiration for a fresh start, the act of seeking has become synonymous with life itself. This mode of living has been widely accepted, even within spiritual communities, where the emphasis often remains on seeking—be it through deeper meditation, more yoga, or other practices.
