Leading with Psychological Safety for High Performance Culture - Zürich

Objective: Learn to build a psychologically safe, high-performing, and fearless culture through the power of compassionate leadership.

Target: Senior Executives, Leaders with People Responsibilities

Format: 2.5 days with two days intensive (four 3.5-hour group modules) and one 3 hr online case study session later. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr per week after the intensive.
