Leading Collaborative Dialogs and Persuading Effectively

Objective: Equip participants with advanced communication strategies for turning difficult conversations into collaborative dialogs that foster inclusive participation and create collaboration safety. Participants will also learn the art of connecting with and convincing others ethically, logically, and emotionally.

Target: Senior Executives and Leaders with People Responsibilities

Format:  1.25 days with one-day intensive (two 3.5-hour group modules) and one online case study session after. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr per week after the intensive.
