Objective: Learn proven techniques to foster psychological safety and build a resilient, learning-oriented culture in your organization to boost participation, encourage risk-taking, and propel team growth.
Target: Senior Executives and Leaders with People Responsibilities
Format: 1.25 days with one-day intensive (two 3.5-hour group modules) and one online case study session after. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr per week after the intensive.
