Objective: Effective Team & Stakeholder Management techniques to shift the perspective from individual contributor to people manager

Target: New Managers, People with recent (1-3 years) or upcoming team responsibilities, and team leaders aiming to develop effective team and stakeholder management skills

Format: 2.5 days with two days intensive (four 3.5-hour group modules) and one 3 hr online case study session after two weeks. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr two weeks after the intensive.

According to CEB (2017) report, around 60% of new managers fail in their first two years of placement. The shift from an individual contributor to a people manager requires a transformational shift in the mindset.
